To facilitate the assembly of your outdoor fireplace, refer to the plan received at the purchase of your fireplace and to the assembly's general section for more advices.

Put the tiles at the level.

Put the 2 blocks Start 34” and the Half-Block 26” between the rear mortises.
Caution : Do no confuse the Start 34″with the block Top 35 1/16” which look the same but is longer by about 3/4”.
Reminder : The flat side of each block goes inside the fireplace.

Put the 2 blocks Start 34” so that their back are in line with the base. This way, they will exceed by the front; your fireplace will be prettier when assembled this way.

Put a 42” (4 notches in line) at the back and the 2 little blocks of 12” at the front. In putting them down, gently tap the blocks. If there were small stones, that would crush them.
Make sure that your blocks are well placed flat over each other.

Put on each side a 34″ (4 notches in line).

Put a 42” (4 notches in line) at the back and the 2 little blocks of 12” at the front.

Place the 2 blocks 5 Notches 34” (left and right) so that their central notches are off-center toward the back.

Put the Start 26 3/4” (2 notchese) on the wood box side, so that it protrudes the same distance from the front as the other blocks.

Using a measuring tape, position the Start 26 3/4“ block at a distance of 26 1/4” from the fireplace wall.

Place 2 small 12“ blocks on top of the Start 26 3/4”.

Place a 26 3/4” block (4 notches in line) on the wood-box side.

Place 2 small 12“ blocks on top of the 26 3/4” block.

Place a 26 3/4” block (4 notches in line) on the wood-box side.

Place 2 small 12“ blocks on top of the 26 3/4” block.

Place a 26 3/4” block (4 notches in line) on the wood-box side.

Place a 42“ (4 notches in line) at the back of the hearth, a small 12” block in the center and front mortise of the Left 5 Notches 34 1/4“ P.N., the Right and Left 42 1/4” Rear Arms at the front and back of the wood box section.
